Pen Tester – Red Team

Location: Waterford (Mostly remote – 1 day per month onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Are you ready to think like an adversary and simulate real-world cyber threats?
We’re hiring a Red Team Operator to lead offensive security assessments across enterprise environments — from cloud infrastructure to internal networks. You’ll help uncover critical vulnerabilities, develop custom tools, and work directly with Blue Teams to strengthen our defenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Red Team operations, including adversary emulation and full-scope attack simulations.
• Conduct offensive security assessments across networks, applications, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and social engineering vectors.
• Build and maintain stealthy Command & Control (C2) infrastructure.
• Develop internal tools, scripts, and custom malware to support Red Team activities.
• Partner with Blue Teams on Purple Team exercises to test and enhance detection capabilities.
• Stay current on emerging threats and integrate new TTPs into operations.
• Deliver detailed technical reports and executive-level briefings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Red Teaming, offensive security, or advanced penetration testing.
• Strong programming/scripting in C, C++, C#, PowerShell, Rust, or similar.
• Proficiency with Cobalt Strike and EDR evasion techniques.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory attacks, malware development, and defense bypass techniques.
• Strong communication skills — written and verbal.

Preferred

• Certifications: OSCP, OSCE, SANS GXPN, CRTO, or similar.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, threat emulation frameworks, and TTP development.
• Experience with Purple Team collaboration or threat hunting.
